Every piece of jewellery we create is held to the highest industry standards. We exclusively use conflict-free natural diamonds and high-quality lab-grown diamonds, primarily certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGI (International Gemological Institute).

Is the shipping process secure for high-value jewellery?
We understand that shipping fine jewellery requires the highest level of security. Every package we send is fully insured and shipped via FedEx. To further ensure safety
Signature Required: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not leave packages on porches or with neighbors.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece is dispatched so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free insured FedEx shipping across Canada and the USA for all orders over $400. For orders under $400, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout, which still includes full insurance and tracking to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
Can I pick up my jewellery in person?
Absolutely. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, you can select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout. Once your piece is ready, we will notify you to schedule a pickup at our secure studio located at:
27 Queen St. East, Suite 1004, Toronto, ON. Picking up in person also allows us to provide a final professional cleaning and ensure that the fit is perfect before you head home.
