Whether you already have a clear design in mind or are starting with inspiration photos, our team will guide you through each step, from diamond or gemstone selection to CAD design, production, appraisal, and final presentation.
Each custom ring is crafted with premium materials, including lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, fine gemstones, 14K and 18K gold, and platinum. From our Toronto studio, we work with clients across the GTA, Canada, and the United States through private in-person and virtual consultations.

From there, our design team will walk you through your options clearly, including the benefits and considerations of each design, so you can make confident decisions before moving forward.
We work closely with you to bring your custom engagement ring, wedding band, or jewellery idea to life. Our goal is to make the consultation feel relaxed, enjoyable, and informative, while giving you honest guidance on the design, durability, proportions, and details of your piece.
CAD Design & 3D Preview
Once the direction is confirmed, we create a detailed CAD design so you can review the ring before it is made. You can request changes to the setting, proportions, diamond placement, band width, or design details until the piece feels exactly right. We never pressure or rush the process.
Manufacturing
We manufacture your ring using your chosen metal alloy and diamonds or gemstones, ensuring it matches the 3D rendering exactly. Once the ring is cast, our skilled craftsmen will carefully set the diamonds and polish the jewellery. Quality is of utmost importance. Our custom engagement rings and jewellery are made in Toronto. This ensures we can tightly control the quality of manufacturing.
Presentation
Once your custom piece is complete and has passed our final quality check, we will arrange for it to be appraised by an independent third-party appraiser. This provides documentation for your jewellery and can be useful for insurance purposes.
You are welcome to pick up your finished piece in person at our Toronto studio, or we can ship it securely through FedEx insured delivery. Before your piece leaves our studio, we will confirm all final details and ensure it is carefully packaged for safe arrival.

Once we decide on the design and materials, it takes approximately 4-6 weeks. A revised timeline will be given after the design and materials are selected, but most projects are completed within 4 to 6 weeks.
