Step 1: Your Consultation | A Conversation, Not a Sales Pitch
Every appointment begins with a warm welcome and a conversation about what you’re looking for.
Whether you’re planning a proposal, redesigning a family heirloom, or celebrating a milestone, we take the time to understand your story, style, and budget.
You’ll meet directly with one of our jewellery experts not a salesperson who will guide you through the process with transparency and care.
We’ll discuss:
- Your vision for the piece: style preferences, lifestyle, and inspiration photos if you have them.
- Diamond education: we’ll explain the 4 C’s (cut, colour, clarity, carat) and show you examples in-person.
- Material choices: from platinum to rose gold, mined to lab-grown diamonds, we’ll compare the options clearly so you can make an informed choice.

Step 2: Explore Diamonds and Gemstones Up Close
Once we understand your preferences, we’ll present a curated selection of natural and lab-grown diamonds or coloured gemstones that match your criteria.
Each stone comes with independent certification (GIA or IGI), and we review them with you in detail showing how cut, brilliance, and quality differ between options.
For those interested in sustainable choices, we’ll also explain how lab-grown diamonds offer the same sparkle and durability as mined stones, with a lower environmental footprint.
This part of the appointment is always a favourite it’s where your vision truly starts to come to life.
Step 3: Designing Your Perfect Setting
After selecting your stone, we’ll move on to the design phase. You can browse our collection of handcrafted settings from timeless solitaires to modern halos and vintage-inspired designs or collaborate with us on a custom design unique to you.
Our design team uses 3D CAD renderings and realistic prototypes, allowing you to visualize the final piece before production begins.
We’ll also provide a clear quote and estimated timeline no hidden fees, ever.
Most custom pieces take 4–6 weeks from design approval to completion, but rush options are available for special timelines.
Step 4: Pick-Up or Delivery | The Big Reveal
When your ring or jewellery piece is ready, we’ll invite you back to our Toronto studio for a private reveal.
