We understand that shipping fine jewelry requires the highest level of security. Every package we send is fully insured and shipped via FedEx. To further ensure safety:
Signature Required: All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not leave packages on porches or with neighbors.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece is dispatched so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free insured FedEx shipping across Canada and the USA for all orders over $400. For orders under $400, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout, which still includes full insurance and tracking to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
Can I pick up my jewelry in person?
Absolutely. If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, you can select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout. Once your piece is ready, we will notify you to schedule a pickup at our secure studio located at:
