How long will it take my ring to arrive?

We make each ring from scratch to ensure you get the best quality possible. Once your order is submitted, delivery will take roughly 4-6 weeks.

What type of diamonds do you use in your engagement rings?

Our rings come standard with lab-grown diamonds. If you prefer to use natural diamonds or gemstones in your ring. Please get in touch with us, and we can provide pricing.
What if I don't see the ring I want? Can I customize?

Certainly! We are expert makers of custom engagement rings. We can modify any style you see or create something from scratch. Book an appointment to discuss in more detail.

Does the engagement ring come with certification?

Yes, our engagement rings and jewellery come with an independent appraisal.

The appraisal will confirm the materials in the ring and include your name and retail value. Lab-Grown Diamonds come with a GIA or IGI certificate, and natural mined diamonds come with a GIA certificate.

The diamond grading report numbers are laser etched onto the girdle of each diamond.
